Pro event includes 100 AI generations for your event pass. Monthly Pro includes 100 per billing month. AI styles need an internet connection.
Start with a 14-day trial, no card needed, and request a free 20-minute bench setup session with Kathryn. The postal shop requires paid Pro. Standard support aims to reply within 2 working days; Pro within 1, Monday–Friday excluding UK bank holidays. These are first-reply targets, not guaranteed resolution times.
Event passes run for 72 hours from payment; an additional pass starts when your current pass ends. Pro event AI generations are available during that pass. AI top-ups: £6 for 100 or £12 for 250 generations.

Relic & Press began with a simple challenge: making personalised photo keepsakes easier to produce. Developed and extensively tested through our own Keepsake Studio, it brings photo uploads, order management and precision printing together in one practical workspace.

Questions
Do I need special equipment?
A photo-magnet or badge press, a matching cutter and an ordinary home printer. Relic & Press works with the press you already own.
Which presses and cutters does it work with?
Any photo-magnet or badge press — including Sager, Enterprise Products, Mpro and Titan, as well as British makes and custom steel dies. Round, square or rectangle: you enter your own face size, bleed and wrap to 0.1mm, so every sheet lines up with your cutter.
What printer and paper should I use?
An ordinary home inkjet or laser printer on A4. Most magnet makers find around 120gsm photo paper works best: rich colour, yet supple enough to wrap cleanly round the shell. Always print at Actual size / 100%.
How do customers pay at my stall?
However suits you: cash, your own card reader such as SumUp or Zettle, or online card payment straight into your own connected Stripe account after your Stripe account is verified.
What happens to customer photos afterwards?
They are kept privately and deleted automatically — 48 hours after collection, 24 hours after cancellation, and never more than 14 days after upload. No Sunday-night clear-out of your phone.
Can I take postal orders and wedding bookings too?
Yes, with Pro. Alongside live event queues you get your own postal shop with multi-photo ordering and bundles, plus event packages and booking enquiries.
Can I practise before my first event?
Yes. Your 14-day trial needs no card. Print the calibration ruler, create a practice stall, send yourself a test photo and print a sheet at home — or request a free setup session and we'll do it together.
Do my guests need an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and upload in the browser.
What if the venue has no signal?
Keep your event moving with no-signal order and cash-sale backup. Open the studio before you arrive; records stay on your device until you reconnect. Guests can share photos directly by AirDrop or supported Bluetooth file sharing. Local photo import and offline sheet printing are not available yet; guest QR uploads, AI styles and card payments require a connection.
Can I sign up now?
Yes. Create your maker account and save your business setup to begin a 14-day trial, with no card needed. Choose your paid plan in the studio when you are ready. Online customer payments need your own verified connected Stripe account.
