Start with a 14-day trial, no card needed, and request a free 20-minute bench setup session with Kathryn. The postal shop requires paid Pro. Standard support aims to reply within 2 working days; Pro within 1, Monday–Friday excluding UK bank holidays. These are first-reply targets, not guaranteed resolution times.
Event passes run for 72 hours from payment; an additional pass starts when your current pass ends. Pro event AI generations are available during that pass. AI top-ups: £6 for 100 or £12 for 250 generations.
Start your maker setupAn event pass covers one event weekend (3 days). Upgrades to Pro are immediate and prorated; cancellations and downgrades take effect at renewal.
