Our software and brand

The Relic & Press software, original website wording, documentation, interface designs and print-layout tools belong to us or our licensors. An active plan gives you a licence to use the service for your maker business under the Terms of Use, not ownership of the software. Do not redistribute, resell or reproduce our software or branding without permission, except where permitted by law.

Your work stays yours

Your own brand, artwork, shop wording and business records remain yours or their rightful owner’s. Customer photographs remain the property of the photographer or other rights holder. Uploading them does not transfer copyright to Relic & Press or other makers. Our limited licence allows only the hosting, processing and display needed to provide the service you request.

Use photographs, fonts and purchased graphics only within the permission or commercial licence you hold. A subscription does not give you rights to another maker’s designs or private records.

AI illustrations and examples

AI-assisted work may not attract copyright protection in every jurisdiction. Exact uniqueness and freedom from third-party rights are not guaranteed. Review generated designs before commercial use. Our website identifies illustrative generated imagery rather than presenting it as a photograph of a finished magnet.

Report a concern

Use the support hub with the relevant page or item, a description of the work and evidence of your rights or authority to act. Please do not send unrelated private customer photos. We will investigate and take appropriate action; alternative lawful contact routes remain available.
